I’m Traci, a seasoned creative director with a track record of interrupting status quo and modernizing legacy brands. My efforts have led to reinvigorated companies with increased revenues and relevancy. I have a passion for building connections with newer generations and use my vast experience to help further define and establish art directives, creativity and brand standards.

While I consider myself a creative “people person,” I am also a business oriented operations leader with a verifiable history of developing creative organizations, hiring, coaching, and mentoring artists and other production professionals. I have been recognized for: maximizing budgets; reducing spending; helming COE operations, and driving productivity. Streamlining efficiencies to enable cross-organizational requests and deliverables is an important aspect in creative direction and I make that a priority in every scenario. I can be counted on in many capacities, likely due to my aforementioned passion for this field and the connections I can help to build and enable to thrive.
